How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international deliveries generally take 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How should I care for my wool knitwear?
To maintain the longevity of your wool garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild wool detergent and laying the item flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying at all costs.
